Creating and Managing Accounts
“REGISTER ACCOUNT” Procedure

Step
1) As a User you will need a Username and Password
to access HelpDeskPro. To get this you will need to click on
“Register Account”.

Step
2) The User Enters the Company Login and Password.
This can be obtained by Contacting your Companies Primary
Support Contact or by Contacting DASI Support.
NOTE: The Security Image is CASE
Sensitive

Step
3) If the User is listed, he/she can click on their
name to continue the Activation of their account. Otherwise,
they can click on the “CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT” button.

Step
4) The User fills out information about
him/herself. Name and email are Required.

The Username and Password
information is sent the users email address.

Step
5) The User can now Login and Create New Requests,
Track the Progress and Reply to Existing Requests and Search the
Knowledge Base for helpful information gathered by the DASI
Support Staff.
“FORGOT PASSWORD” Procedure

Step
1) Click on “FORGOT PASSWORD”

Step
2) Fill in the Form, Click on “Request Login
Information”. A Confirmation Email will be sent to the address
entered in the form. NOTE: The
Security Image is CASE Sensitive

Step
3) Click on the Link in the Email. This will then
send the Login and Password information to the same email
address.

Step
4) Click “OK”. This will then send the Login and
Password information to the same email address.

Step
5) Click on the Link in the new Email and login with
the Username and Password Provided. Users can change their
Password by clicking “My Settings” in the upper left corner of
the User Page.
