Maximize Your Software Investment in 2006!

Industry research has shown that, without adequate training, software is under-utilized and user productivity is actually reduced by as much as 50%.  These research results could be considered a strong case for training!

Over the course of the next 4 issues we'll discuss training and the role it plays with our clients.  We'll look at ways to judge what's important for your company, ways to test how you learn and methods to track your results so that we decide whether or not this statement actually makes a great deal of sense.

Let's start with some history. ...We've all purchased new programs that are going to change our lives, make our company more productive, and our job or life much more efficient!  Read more >>
