Use Exit 77 on the 80/90 Toll Road and take the Service Drive to the Light.

 

Turn Right (South) on S. Dixie Way (Business 31 / 933)

 

Take S. Dixie Way South thru the Notre Dame Campus Approximately 3 Miles to Colfax Ave. (Business 20)

Turn Left (East) on Colfax Ave. and drive Approximately 1/2 mile until you cross the River.  The Commerce Center building is on the East side of the River between Sycamore St. and Niles Ave.

 

From US-31 Exit onto Lincoln Way W. and take it East.

 

From the Airport, take Lincoln Way W. East.

 

Drive Approximately 3 miles on Lincoln Way (Business 20) until you near Downtown South Bend.

 

Follow the signs for Business 20.  At Downtown South Bend you will take an Right (South) on St. James Ct. (still Business 20), then an immediate Left (East) on Colfax Ave (still Business 20).

 

Turn Left (East) on Colfax Ave. and drive Approximately 3/4 mile until you cross the River.  The Commerce Center building is on the East side of the River between Sycamore St. and Niles Ave.

Take St. Joseph Valley Parkway to S. Michigan St. (Business 31) North.

 

Drive Approximately 4 miles to Downtown South Bend until you see Colfax Ave.

 

Turn Right (East) on Colfax Ave.

 

The Commerce Center building is on the East side of the River between Sycamore St. and Niles Ave.

Take McKinley Ave (Old Business 20) into Downtown South Bend.

 

After you take a Left (South) then immediate Right (West), McKinley turns into Colfax Ave.

 

Take Colfax Ave. West 1/2 mile. 

 

The Commerce Center building is on the East side of the River between Sycamore St. and Niles Ave.
